Hi TokSee / MSI Leaders,

The MSI Portal is now live. What we have right now is a new look of the old portal. Also the many bugs have been resolved to the best of the developers knowledge but if you find bugs report them in our member forum so DDMG can forward to the developers.

For the time being we will continue to operate on the Boonx portal software systems. There are plans in the works to build totally custom portal but a lot of time is going into the planning prior to production work starting since we all want the custom portal to be just as hot in looks, features and function as possible.

According to senior company management the development team will launch our NEW back office, and the first PAID subscription product by late next week.

We have taken a lot of feedback on the new MSI name verses TokSee. TokSee was dropped due to a law suit related to infringement of trade name of another similar name another widget company uses.

There is likely no merit in the legal action but it would tie up tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of company executives to battle the law suit. ToGaDeRa was to long and no one knew the meaning and that is bad for rapid branding.

Our NEW WEBSITE PORTAL with our NEW COMPANY NAME, is LAUNCHING tonight (09-09-08) between 9:00PM PDT and 11:00PM PDT!!

It is with great excitement that I send out this update email. As all or most of you know by now, Bill Ganz and Russ Fields were hired as consultants to re-brand and re-launch Toksee. Because we were already up and running this created an enormous challenge.

We hope you had a nice weekend. I sure did when Hurricane Ike decided to head SSW and will miss us here in S FL. This time of year is hellish on the nerves, especially once you have been through a catastrophic natural disaster like I have. In 2005 I had to deal with 3 major hurricanes and am still dealing with repairs. Just unexpected challenges to overcome. But all is good and a big weight has been lifted off my mind. In the end the weekend turned out to be very productive.

I spent the weekend updating all of the marketing web pages, email copy, and back office, and next will redo all of the graphics and banners, to the new company name. I added to all the marketing pages “24 FREE Step-by-Step Social Marketing Training Videos!’. This is already increasing registration conversion of the traffic.

Winners of the First toksee Contest Announced

Congratulations to the Winners of our first toksee Contest!

The first contest to determine who could refer the most new Founding Partners with the greatest number of committed months, ended after one week on May 14th. The company recognized the following successful winners on the Corporate Update Call on Thursday, May 15th.

1st Place Sunil Wadhwa who won 50,000 stock options

2nd Place Gerald Ricks who won 25,000 stock options

3rd Place (tied) Josh Bereano and Chris Gorman who each won 7,500 stock options

New toksee Contest Announced

The Contest was such a resounding success, we decided to run it again only this time we are awarding even more stock options to more of our participating Members; 120,000 stock options and 10 Winners!

This Contest runs from Thursday, May 15th until 8 AM EST on Thursday May 22nd.

The rules are the same as before. When Members refer Founding Partners to either the 12, 24 or 36 month commitment, the Member with the greatest total number of Founder Partner committed months will win thestock options as shown in the table above. Winners can exercise their stock options anytime over the next year at $.20 per Share, regardless of the current Market Price.

Total Committed Months Example:

6 x Founding Partners that each commit to 12 month = 72 months or
2 x Founding Partners that each commit to 36 months = 72 months.

Personal Website Improvements and New Browser Toolbar

Your personal community website is improving daily with new feature and tools. The new browser toolbar was also launched this week and is already receiving rave reviews from our Members for all its widgets, tools and features. The toolbar is downloadable from your personal Home page.

New Library of Recorded Conference Calls and Presentations

A new section of recorded conference calls and presentations has been added under the ‘Library’ in the back office.

Launching Your New Personal toksee Page

If you have signed up prior to the launch of the toksee Community Personal pages, you can easily activate and customize your personal site. Simply go to the toksee back office, login and complete some basic information and you will then be directed to your new toksee website. Once you go through this process, you can then refer all your potential new members directly to your own personal toksee website or simply click the Invite a Friend button

New Founding Partner Benefits

More Stock Options - We are now providing Founding Partner with additional stock options according to the increased awards as follows:

12 month commitment = 200 stock options per month
24 month commitment = 300 stock options per month
36 month commitment = 400 stock options per month

Example: a 36 month commitment = 14,400 stock options contract award at $.20 per share.

Anyone can upgrade their original Founder Partner commitment and receive the additional stock options.

Bigger Matching Bonuses -  Founder Partners can earn 25% Matching Bonuses (Elite Members are limited to 15% Matching Bonuses)

Quarterly Bonus Pool -  Founding Partners are automatically included in the Corporate Bonus Pool Quarterly according to the following schedule:
