Winners of the First toksee Contest Announced

Congratulations to the Winners of our first toksee Contest!

The first contest to determine who could refer the most new Founding Partners with the greatest number of committed months, ended after one week on May 14th. The company recognized the following successful winners on the Corporate Update Call on Thursday, May 15th.

1st Place Sunil Wadhwa who won 50,000 stock options

2nd Place Gerald Ricks who won 25,000 stock options

3rd Place (tied) Josh Bereano and Chris Gorman who each won 7,500 stock options

New toksee Contest Announced

The Contest was such a resounding success, we decided to run it again only this time we are awarding even more stock options to more of our participating Members; 120,000 stock options and 10 Winners!

This Contest runs from Thursday, May 15th until 8 AM EST on Thursday May 22nd.

The rules are the same as before. When Members refer Founding Partners to either the 12, 24 or 36 month commitment, the Member with the greatest total number of Founder Partner committed months will win thestock options as shown in the table above. Winners can exercise their stock options anytime over the next year at $.20 per Share, regardless of the current Market Price.

Total Committed Months Example:

6 x Founding Partners that each commit to 12 month = 72 months or
2 x Founding Partners that each commit to 36 months = 72 months.

Personal Website Improvements and New Browser Toolbar

Your personal community website is improving daily with new feature and tools. The new browser toolbar was also launched this week and is already receiving rave reviews from our Members for all its widgets, tools and features. The toolbar is downloadable from your personal Home page.

New Library of Recorded Conference Calls and Presentations

A new section of recorded conference calls and presentations has been added under the ‘Library’ in the back office.

Launching Your New Personal toksee Page

If you have signed up prior to the launch of the toksee Community Personal pages, you can easily activate and customize your personal site. Simply go to the toksee back office, login and complete some basic information and you will then be directed to your new toksee website. Once you go through this process, you can then refer all your potential new members directly to your own personal toksee website or simply click the Invite a Friend button

New Founding Partner Benefits

More Stock Options - We are now providing Founding Partner with additional stock options according to the increased awards as follows:

12 month commitment = 200 stock options per month
24 month commitment = 300 stock options per month
36 month commitment = 400 stock options per month

Example: a 36 month commitment = 14,400 stock options contract award at $.20 per share.

Anyone can upgrade their original Founder Partner commitment and receive the additional stock options.

Bigger Matching Bonuses -  Founder Partners can earn 25% Matching Bonuses (Elite Members are limited to 15% Matching Bonuses)

If you have some IECM free trading shares of stock you bought it went up to $.34 today. I know quite a few of you took my advice last week and picked up a lot of stock at $.15. You more then doubled you money so remember my with your new found profits fly on down to S FL and take me out to dinner! LOL!!! The stock sell off is over. The stock will now continue to go up week to week for some time most likely!

Thanks to those of you who are promoting TokSee day to day for the fantastic growth. We are adding an average of 200 newly registered members per day through the DDMG provided promotion web sites. Particularly NewWeb30 sites are getting very solid conversion into TokSee. We expect by the end of May we will have over 12,000 in the DDMG TokSee team. We are starting to approach a very strong stage of sustained momentum.

By the end of the summer we should hit 100,000 plus if not ten times that number of Portal members. We have more and more big builders joining us since the portal launched and all indications are of stronger and stronger growth. What is fascinating is those of you who had absolutely no online business building experience that listened to our advice and are building into the hundreds of members already.

It is great to see and know TokSee can be built by total novices.

What I did years ago was to find a house I loved. And I kept going to that house. Then I bought the house and live on the ocean. Now people tell me how lucky I am and I respond BULLSHIT! I dreamed the dream and worked to make it happen. You can do the same thing and with TokSee a hell of a lot faster then I reached this dream.

The most powerful thing any of us can do is visualize our dream and never ever give up when you run into challenges. Challenges are always an opportunity in disguise so when you run into brick walls try to find the opportunity and that will be your solution and make progress to fulfilling your dreams that much closer.

We are going to start the next co-op early next week. We are having a very solid success with the co-ops so if not in the first two get into this one.

Those who have no growth should get in to get some growth going. Once you get a hand full of people on your weak leg they will most likely start to build that leg with you.

Now is a very good time to invest in IECM. The price has been very low the past month but is again starting to move up and the technical indicators show it will most likely continue to move back up towards $1. As more and more press releases go out and out membership grows the stock gets more attention. We see that fact in the daily volume and positive price move.
